Our working hours are a finite resource. Pick your battles. Fight only when it's worth it. Tell what requires excellence from what can be good enough. Never confuse the two. No matter which you choose, be disciplined and focused.
Go all in
We grow in sprints. When an opportunity presents itself, we give 120% to seize it. We go harder and faster than any other company in Baltics. Yet, peak intensity can't be our only marker. Push hard, but also know when to pace yourself.
Stop to reflect
We excel at sprinting; we need to get better at stopping. Pausing to evaluate outcomes, document learnings and share insights – turn experience into expertise. To learn before launching something new.
Surprise yourself
We shouldn't overly rely on the past, when the future is what we are aiming at. Have your eyes wide opened, challenge assumptions and experiment with what might be. The results might surprise you.
Start with "yes and"
We approach ideas with a "yes and" – a constructive curiosity. A will to build up on ideas and take them to actions. An idea may grow into the next big thing – or turn into dust if we kill it with an instant "no".
Don't reinvent the wheel

Put to practice
We rather do to learn, than learn to do. To facilitate practice, we put high trust in people and give end-to-end responsibilities. From then on it's on you – work your role out and work up to it.

When something goes wrong, we respond with three A's. Acknowledge the issue – tell people what happened. Adapt the approach – seek a solution or a bypass. Act decisively – deliver the desired result.
